| Rose Cottage is in a central location on the Isle of Man in the historic village of St John's. |

| In addition to the Isle of Man TT and the Manx Grand Prix races the Isle of Man hosts several annual festivals: walking, darts, chess, yn Chruinnaght (Manx music and dancing), the Cooish (Manx language) and the famous Laxey Blues festival. |

From the Airport:
Take the A5 into Ballasalla and then the A3 towards St Johns, passing through Foxdale. Turn left at Ballacraine crossroads (traffic lights) and left again opposite Tynwald Hill. Take the next right turn which takes you along the A30 in the direction of Patrick Village. Rose Cottage is situated just over half a mile further on the right hand side of the road.
From the Sea Terminal:
Take the A1 from Douglas towards Peel. Continue straight on at Ballacraine (traffic lights) crossroads to St Johns, and then turn left opposite Tynwald Hill travelling for a very short distance along the A3 in the direction of Castletown. Take the next right turn which takes you along the A30 in the direction of Patrick Village. Rose Cottage is situated just over half a mile further on the right hand side of the road.
Parking:
For ease and safety of entry and exit, guests are advised to reverse vehicles into the driveway of Rose Cottage.
