Rose Cottage

1. The letting agreement shall be between the owner of the property and the hirer and shall be deemed to be subject to these conditions of letting.
2. Upon receipt of the booking form and £100 deposit we will send you a confirmation of booking detailing the balance which will be due four weeks before arrival. For bookings made four weeks or less before arrival the full amount will be payable on booking. Once the full amount has been paid we are unable to refund any monies and we therefore recommend that you take out Holiday Insurance.
3. If we are unable to accept your booking we will return the deposit to you in full.
4. A £50 security deposit is payable at the same time as the balance. This shall be refunded provided no damage occurs. This liability is not limited to the amount of the security deposit.
5. Good care should be taken of the property and contents and it should be left clean and tidy as the occupier will find it.
6. No liability is accepted for any loss, damage, sickness or injury, howsoever caused which may be sustained during the letting by the occupier or any member of the occupier’s party. Again, Holiday Insurance is strongly advised.
7. Accommodation is only for persons named on the booking form.
8. Letting will normally be from Saturday to Saturday. We would ask you to arrive no earlier than 3pm and vacate by 10am on the day of departure.
9. Sleeping accommodation is for no more than four persons.
10. Completion of the booking form implies acceptance of all the above conditions.
